Shoe Size Exchange Policy:

We understand that finding the right size can be difficult when shopping online, so we are happy to offer a one-time exchange for footwear.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the shoes.
  
• The shoes must be exchanged for a different size in the same style and heel height.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested size, so allow us a delivery timeline of 7-14 days.
